RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not 100% happy with your order, you can request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All tags and packaging must be intact.
- Only items purchased directly from our website are eligible.
PROCESS
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Care Team via e-mail at customercare@thekaftancompany.com, or WhatsApp us at +91 89775 23826.
- Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a courier pickup (where available) or guide you on the next steps.
REFUNDS
- Store Credit (for faster processing and easy future shopping).
- Refund to the original payment method (may take 5–7 business days after approval).
- COD order refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
EXCHANGES
- You can exchange your item for a different size or style (subject to availability).
- If the requested product is unavailable, we will issue store credit/refund as per your preference.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally.
- In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at customercare@thekaftancompany.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
NON-RETURNABLE/NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
Certain categories are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products purchased at a discount of 60% or higher are considered clearance sale items and are final sale (no return/exchange).
- Customized, altered, or special-order products.
- Accessories (if applicable).
ADDITIONAL NOTES
- Damaged/Defective Products: If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
- Pickup Service Availability: Reverse pickups are available in most locations; if not, you may be asked to ship the product back to us.
- Multiple Returns: Repeated returns from the same customer may be flagged, and eligibility for future returns may be restricted.
